DCG provided civil engineering for the 80-unit apartment building in the Lower Queen Anne neighborhood in Seattle. The site sits on a steep 14,000-sf site and includes a public staircase linking West John Street and an alley below West Thomas Street. The project involved right-of-way improvements and nearly 100% lot coverage, along with detention and low-impact development design requirements.
