Arrowhead Gardens Senior Housing

Arrowhead Gardens is an affordable senior housing project that includes three separately permitted structures. Two of the structures are the residential buildings including 163 and 281 units. The third structure is a three-story daylight basement wood framed common recreation building. The unique features of the project include exposed concrete exterior walls and a 50-ft “bridge” where the residential building spans the drive aisle.
