An 8,600-sf combined warehouse and office space, the building is a simple pre-fabricated metal building housing the warehouse and mezzanine combined with a wood framed structure housing the main office. The main entry included features the client wanted to highlight to potential clients and included a pre-cast tilt-up panel and exposed wood beams.
