Citronica Family and Citronica Two

The Citronica projects are two separate low-income housing developments; a 56-unit mixed-use apartment building designed for families and an 80-unit senior housing apartment building. Both structures were four-stories of wood framing over concrete levels. The two projects are the start of the City’s redevelopment program and are tied into the neighboring City Park; which is the gateway to the City’s main trolley stop.
