Ancich Waterfront Park

The DCG team has led all planning, public outreach, permitting, and engineering services over multiple phases at Ancich Waterfront Park. Design has included a boat storage building beneath a sidewalk, bulkhead, shoreline stabilization, slope protection, hardscaping, and stormwater design. Work has also included the replacement of two pile-supported piers and improvements to a historic netshed building. Subsequent phases include the fishing homeport which is in the permitting phase and the Community Paddlers Dock which is in construction.
